In that spirit, all of The Muller Company's property managers serve as the consistent point of contact during all construction projects. These managers are fully trained and continually supported by the construction department to handle routine tenant improvements. For larger and more complex projects, our in-house construction managers lead a project personally. To streamline the process our tracking and support system is followed for every project, allowing other departments to access approval documents, budgets, contracts and paid invoices as needed for draw requests and cash flow projections.
